The contract is subject to the following conditions:

Right of withdrawal without penalty – The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract up to 5 days before the expected arrival date, without paying any penalty.
The withdrawal must be communicated to the tourist accommodation within this period by phone at the number and/or by e-mail at info@operaparma.it. - Default of the customer – In the case of withdrawal of the customer from the contract after the deadline referred to in point 1 or in case of no-show on the agreed date (no show) the accommodation is entitled to withhold as a penalty 100% of the total cost of the confirmed services, subject to the greatest damage. In case of early departure the accommodation is entitled to payment of the agreed amount for the entire stay.
